Lovely surprise , booked at the last minute on the way back from Bolgheri . Was a weekend and there were quite few clients . The hotel is brand new refurbished with pretty nice taste. Room quite tiny but nice and comfortable . Breakfast was perfect and very abundant.. we were very pleased . Good job kept it up !

But shortly: perfect location - 2 minutes from the beach ⛱️, very clean and modern rooms, comfortable beds, variable and tasty breakfast - no words can describe it, terrace on the roof with several sunbeds, sofa, chairs, end even with shower 🚿 on the roof, own small garden with tables and chairs...
And of course attitude to guests! We felt very comfortable. Thank you all!
Clean rooms, very friendly staff, surprisingly large selection at the breakfast and very fair prices. You really get a lot value for the price - the Hotel is also next to the beach. I would definietly recommend it!
Great beds! Rooms with all facilities including a safe, fridge and nice little bottles of olive shower gel etc.
Breakfast is fresh and plenty fully including sweet and savory foods with great cappuccinos!
Can bit a bit noisy if you have loud neighbors doing bed-sports at night ;-)

The breakfast was very rich, all kinds of sweets as well as various cheeses and hams. They also prepare great coffee at the bar according to your wish. The receptionist was very kind, although speaking poor English. We were also allowed to make the check in earlier. Very close to the beach!
Perfect small family run hotel ideal for families. We loved everything about it. It's close to the beach, literally down the road, peaceful location, private parking space, beautiful and clean rooms, nice selection for breakfast and good coffee. And the owners and staff are super friendly and welcoming.
Nice surprise. Very clean, renovated. Bed was comfortable, near the sea and few minutes away from Bolgheri. Breakfast was amazing.
Nice, clean, quiet, friendly staff, small parking lot. Breakfast options were really nice. If you go there, go to the roof to check out the ocean view.
The WiFi is weak if you are at the end of the corridor and not near the stairs. If you need WiFi, try to have them give you a room closer to the stairs. At the end of the corridor, it really is a hit or miss.
